Announcement: Registration Update

We would like to inform our participants that the early registration period has now ended. Invited speakers will still be able to register at the early registration rate.

For those who previously requested payment via bank transfer, your registration will be processed accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your participation. Additionally, we remind you of the Welcome Reception on November 9th, the day before the conference begins.

Registration Guidelines

Registration serves as the gateway to participation to the MEMRISYS 2024. Streamlining your experience, we recommend online registration and payment. Attendees across all roles—be they chairpersons, authors, presenting authors, invited/plenary speakers, or steering committee members—are obliged to register.

Secure the early registration rate by completing online registration before September 20th, 2024. The online portal remains accessible until October, 2024, ensuring convenient access and reducing registration queues.

Presenting authors must affirm their participation by the early registration deadline to secure a place in the final conference program.

Each abstract mandates at least one co-author to register, adhering to the policy of one registration per oral presentation/poster.

Registration Fees:

FULL RATE

- Early registration (by September 20th, 2024): $ 800
- Late registration (from September 21st to October, 2024): $ 880
- On-site registration: $ 1000

STUDENT RATE

- Early registration (by September 20th, 2024): $ 450
- Late registration (from September 21st to October, 2024): $ 490
- On-site registration: $ 550

The registration fee encompasses:

- Access to the Plenary Session and all parallel Sessions
- Electronic Abstracts book
- Conference Badge
- Gala Dinner and Welcome Reception
- Refreshments during breaks
- Lunches
- Admission to the poster sessions
